It's yodorz

Hello, a very warm welcome to

yodorz.blogspot.com

And for those of you that have been reading in the past, welcome back 🙏 I’ve been wanting to change my blog link for quite some time and so I did it 🤩 I’m sort of excited to start writing again. It’s been too long! It’s finally happening!

I’ve started working since 4 years ago right after I’m done with pupillage and I’m stepping into my 5th year of legal practice soon.

One of the biggest updates that I have is that now we have a family dog. It’s been a little dream of mine and my sister to have a family dog since young. I remember my mom used to bring us to lots of pet shops just to look at those poor doggies in their cages and displays and I’ve never thought that we would ever have a family dog at any point of my life but here we are, we now have a family dog and she’s a beautiful 4-year old gurl dachshund with a feisty behaviour and will never ever say no to any food. She loves crunchy vegetables and fruits.

Lately I’ve been trying to visit and explore more places in KL with my boyfriend. Our most recent (which was just yesterday) exploration was the cookie shop at Petaling Street, Swedish restaurant at Uptown PJ and Wisma Cosway.

We got each of their red velvet and s'mores cookies. The cookies were RM12 each and the texture was super soft. Not too sweet and it'll taste even better with a cup of coffee or milk.

Saw someone posting about this via instagram the other day and the boyfriend wanted to try the swedish meatballs. Both the puzzini pepperoni pizza and meatballs were good! RM60++ for all the above plus a jug of iced coke.

This place was recommended by my mom. We ordered their signature beef noodles with a cup of traditional iced thai milk tea. Both were BUSSIN! The beef noodles were chewy and the broth was really flavourful and not to mention that the meat was soft and tender. The milk tea on the other hand was really smooth and not that sweet.

The famous britain fish and chips by Boys Don't Fry and their dessert, apple crumble with ice cream. I like their mushed peas. Too bad the fried banana ice cream dessert was sold out.

I'm also into movies lately.

The Michael movie came out last month. Watched it in ScreenX and bopped my head to almost every song. Jaafar Jackson was amazing and so are the rest of the cast. It’s a really nice biopic I still prefer Borhap for the music experience 😩

The Devil Wears Prada 2 was.. okay.

The Top Gun movie re-released its sequel: Top Gun Maverick for its 40th anniversary celebration in cinemas. Re-watched it with my boyfriend this time and it was really good. The visuals, the music, the vibes that it gives really made me relive those moments back in 2022.

I’ve visited Penang two times now and I absolutely love that place 😌 It’s a really chill place with lots of eateries, cafes, hangout places and quite a number of malls. I’ve never quite understood why people love going there until I’ve been there myself with my boyfriend. I’d love to go there again sometime. In the meantime, I’m just gonna share some photos here.
